Returns

La Lente does not offer 'change of mind' returns therefore we ask that you please select your purchase items carefully. If you have questions about products, please reach out to support@lalenteshop.com.

If you have received the wrong item or it arrived damaged, we will provide a replacement or refund. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To start a return please fill out the form below. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?

Returnable items must be:

- In the condition you received them
- Not used or damaged
- In the original packaging

Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable

HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

- Enter your order number and email address in the fields here and click Start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund or replacement will be processed. If you are receiving a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 working days.

ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR RETURNS?

- There are no charges for returns if you receive incorrect or faulty items
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can fix the issue for you.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
